Sunrise’s mission is “to provide the best behavioral health services, while strengthening our communities and offering a great place to work.” Part of providing a great place to work means giving our employees an opportunity to better themselves through personal development. To achieve this, we started the Leadership Development Program in 2018. Sunrise employees in this program learn leadership skills in a collaborative environment that encourages self-reflection and open dialogue. This year, the group project involved strengthening the training and orientation process. We’d like to congratulate Amy Martin, Ashley Kelley, Christina Jeffery, Chris Anderson, Erica Sloan, Erin Merrill, Janell Forest, Kim Downs, Kim Hoffman, Lisa Henline(Dougoud), and Ronald Brown, BA, CDCAII on graduating this program. We’re looking forward to developing leaders for years to come!
