Sunrise is heavily promoting our wellness program due to the stress and anxieties of the pandemic and post-pandemic work environment. We’ve utilized the wellness program to create a digital community of employees engaging in a holistic wellness approach. The opportunity to participate in Spark Cincinnati and Spark Cities creates not only competition but camaraderie among our staff.
